The project manager at Precision Landscape is responsible for managing and scheduling projects, accounts, and teams while tracking production, materials, time, and budget targets. This person will align our clients and team members with proactive communication and innovative industry techniques. The Project Manager will provide solutions for change, give direction, solve problems, and align teams and clients with company goals.   • Develop and maintain the project cycle by aligning crews, clients, and the company.
  • Implement and maintain project scheduling from start to finish.
  • Visit project sites throughout the project to align sales, production, clients, and company.
  • Review project files and provide oversight on production and material calculations.
  • Metric tracking, evaluation and reporting for all aspects of the project.
  • Communicate with clients, team members, and vendors throughout the project.
  • Understand job planners, order materials, maintain budget guidelines and job timelines.
  • Schedule jobs by task, crew, and day while tracking to time and material budgets.
  • Follow flow chart for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Continuous personal improvement, training of crew members, promoting grown throughout the company.
  • Embrace the company values and mission statement and promote alignment with team members, clients, and company.


  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Adept in people management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strategic planning and vision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. (Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the landscape/construction industry.
  • Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.


  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly and assist on job sites as necessary.
  • Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials.
  • Work outdoors in various conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
