The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 


  • Pre-Contract Review

  • On site Walkthroughs – with crew and clients
  • Budgeting
  • Read and Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to delegate work on time and on budget
  • Paperwork – tracking, time and materials billing summaries, etc.
  • Comply with company policies and regulations
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them
  • Flow chart – follow daily, bi-weekly and monthly flow charts
  • Communicate


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
